Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Lead located in Quezon City. The Recruitment Lead will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to fill open positions effectively.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills
• Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficient in recruitment software and platforms
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
