Persyaratan

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: at least 5 years of experience in HR management or supervision.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, performance management, and training development; strong attention to detail; knowledge of payroll systems; adept in employee relations
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and good written and verbal communication skills;
