  • Manage employee records and assist with payroll processing.
  • Facilitate performance review procedures and employee training programs.

  • Assist in organizing company events and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in employee relations and talent management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in employee relations, talent management, excellent communication skills, and recruitment. Must be computer literate.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee recruitment processes, manage employee relations, and support talent management initiatives.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours, occasional overtime may be required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality.
