  • Their client list ranges from international celebrities and VIPs to large corporates, small businesses, and individuals looking to plan a party. Their doors are open to anyone that needs a boat no matter how big or small the cruise may be.

Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

  • As a Personal Assistant you will be responsible in providing comprehensive administrative support, including email management, task prioritization, meeting minutes, form completion, and general office tasks. Also support training schools by managing schedules, coordinating enrollments, booking rooms, preparing resources, updating websites, and ensuring data accuracy.

General Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain a clean and organized inbox
  • Reply to emails that require simple responses
  • Track and prioritize tasks and commitments
  • Take minutes in some meetings
  • Track action items committed to during meetings
  • Review meeting minutes to identify action items
  • Complete forms as needed
  • Assist with general administrative tasks

Support Tasks for Training Schools:

  • Learn and navigate various software used by the client
  • Add classes to the system
  • Ensure enrolment requirements are met
  • Book rooms as required for training sessions
  • Liaise with students to confirm enrolment details and requirements
  • Prepare and verify resources needed for training sessions
  • Add products to the website
  • Perform website updates
  • Review data for accuracy
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (6:30 AM to 3:30 PM Manila time)
  • Location: HYBRID - Makati City or Central location close to transport and EDSA

Persyaratan

  • At least 3 to 4 years of experience as an executive or personal assistant.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time-management skills, attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees.
  • Willing to work onsite *hybrid*
