Description
- Investigating and resolving disputes
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Offering guidance on employment law, company policies, and employee relations matters
- Facilitating communication between management and members
- Attending DOLE hearings
Requirements
- A graduate of any 4-year course
- Proven experience as ER Officer/Specialist
- Knowledge of employment/labor law and HR policies
- Ability to handled sensitive and confidential information
- Willing to attend DOLE hearings
- Willing to start ASAP
