About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Economics Specialist fluent in both English and Chinese to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in economic theories, market analysis, and policy evaluation, combined with the ability to communicate complex economic concepts clearly in both languages. This role will support bilingual research projects, educational material development, consulting, and economic communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate and localize economics-related materials such as research papers, reports, textbooks, case studies, and educational content between English and Chinese
• Develop and review bilingual economic analysis, market reports, and policy briefings
• Support research projects in fields like macroeconomics, microeconomics, international trade, and development economics
• Collaborate with economists, educators, researchers, and content developers to ensure the technical accuracy and linguistic clarity of materials
• Assist with bilingual webinars, workshops, and consulting sessions related to economic trends and analysis
• Conduct economic research and prepare bilingual presentations, summaries, and publications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, master’s degree or PhD in economics, Finance, Business, International Trade, or a closely related field
• Professional fluency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
• Strong knowledge of core economic theories, principles, and quantitative methods
• Excellent research, writing, editing, and translation skills in both languages
• Ability to interpret and explain complex economic data and trends to diverse audiences
