Job Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will focus on campaign enablement within various platforms such as Campaign Manager 360, Google and Bing Ads, and Programmatic DSPs (PulsePoint). This position involves monitoring campaign delivery performance, troubleshooting technical setups, and collaborating closely with other teams. The Digital Marketing Specialist will also oversee campaign UTM tagging to ensure all media is tagged accordingly and trackable in Google Analytics. Additionally, they will perform various housekeeping tasks necessary for the execution of campaigns.

This role reports to the Associate Director of AdTech & Data Solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Traffic campaigns within platforms like Campaign Manager 360, Google and Bing Ads, and Programmatic DSPs (PulsePoint).
  • Monitor the delivery performance of campaigns to ensure they meet delivery objectives.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to campaign setup and execution.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign operations.
  • Oversee campaign UTM tagging to ensure all media is tagged correctly and trackable in Google Analytics.
  • Perform various housekeeping tasks required for the successful execution of campaigns.
  • Self-motivated problem-solver who can adapt to changing priorities and work independently to deliver results.


Required Knowledge and Skills

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, data science, computer science, or a related field, or a master’s degree is a plus.
  • 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and working with advertising platforms.
  • Experience with web analytics tools, preferably Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Understanding of digital advertising and campaign management, with the ability to apply these skills to real-world challenges.
  • Navigate change effectively while working independently to deliver solution
