Description
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and activities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in branding, product launches, writing, and communication.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop marketing strategies, manage social media, and maintain customer relationships.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote work; flexible hours may apply. Monday to Friday working schedule.
- Qualities and Traits: Highly motivated, excellent relationship builder, and effective communicator.
- Must have experience in marketing or sales.
