- Continuously monitor industry trends and gain in-depth understanding of the principles, architecture, and source code of emerging DeFi projects.

- Collaborate with our engineering team to design, develop, and deploy smart contracts and decentralized applications across various blockchain platforms, writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

- Engage in cross-functional collaboration with various teams, including core engineering, product design, user experience, and business development.

- A strong passion for Web3, DeFi, and Crypto

- Over 3 years of experience in smart contract development on blockchains such as Ethereum (EVM) and Solana, proficient in Solidity or other smart contract languages, skilled in Typescript and Rust, with a Github Profile that demonstrates proficiency

- In-depth understanding of blockchain concepts, consensus algorithms, and cryptographic principles, familiar with smart contract development tools and frameworks (such as Foundry, Hardhat, Truffle, Remix, Web3.js)

- Comprehensive knowledge of the principles and source codes of existing DeFi protocols, experience in DeFi-related projects, and unique insights into the current state and future direction of DeFi are preferred

- Full KYC and Onsite Required

- Experience in end-to-end full-stack development and deployment of Web3 DeFi protocols

- Strong communication skills

- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
