- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service roles, preferably with back office support.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English; strong communication and problem-solving skills; adept in customer service techniques.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, requiring both desk work and customer interaction.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, patience, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
