Description

Providing customer support and communication in both Japanese and English. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems. 

Strong Japanese and English language skills, along with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, are essential. 

Requirements

  • CEFR Level B2 or higher in English proficiency
  • Japanese language proficiency at N1 or N2 level (open to both native and non-native speakers)
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a fraud analyst or related role
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with fraud detection tools or systems is a plus
