Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Provide exceptional service through phone, email, and chat support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
- Assist in developing customer service policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and empathy.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, resolve inquiries, and maintain customer satisfaction.
