1. Manages the end-to-end electronic processing of the Company and its affiliated companies' trademark registration with IPOPHL through eTM file.

2. Determine correct NICE classification based on the mark being filed for registration.

3. Prepares correspondence to Registrability Report and/or Office Action by submitting formal response.

4. Maintains the registered trademark in force by means of periodic filing of renewal such as Declaration of Actual Use (3rd and 5th Year) and 10th year Anniversary.

5. Files all recordal transactions and prepares and completes all legal documents as required for the submission of any recordal transactions.

6. Manages filing of Change of Representative, Request for COR copy, and any other requests as necessary.

7. Monitors and reviews trademarks posted/filed for opposition through e-gazette.

8. Conducts trademark competition search through IPOPHL website as initial step prior to filing of prospected mark for registration.

9. Manages the collection of more than 90 days outstanding debts of Hopheads Inc.’s clients.

10. Maintains the accuracy of HHI collection report through regular updating of data received from HHI accounting.

11. Handles sub-related special projects delegated by the Department Head as necessary for the completion of a Corporate Project.

12. Supervise/handles/process all the LGU permits

13. Supervise/handles the department’s petty cash fund monitoring

14. Facilitate/Process the company and its affiliates’ insurance claims

15. Supervise/handles the company and its affiliates’ FDA regulatory compliance

15. Manages other tasks/government agency t be assigned from time to time.

• Candidate must have a degree in legal management, political science, or a related field.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
