- Assist customers via phone, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and support requests professionally.
- Document call details and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English language, strong customer service orientation, effective problem-solving abilities, and capability to work well in teams.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, may require shift work including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
