- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
- Participate in training sessions as required.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required or College Graduate.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent customer service, strong people skills, and ability to provide back-office support.
