}The Retail Operations Assistant Manager will lead the following to build and drive go-to-marke

tstrategy, process and workflow efficiencies for the Retail team{{:

esKey KPI for achieving sales targets in the store

s.Cascade monthly targets to AS and CE

O.Monitor weekly and monthly sal

esEnsure retail sales are encoded on MIM dail

y.Collaborate closely with Brand teams and Key Accounts on execution of month

lyanimations and even

tsWork with the Brand/ Marketing team on support to achieve sale

s.Ensure cascade of monthly promotions and incentives from Marketing to agency

/CEO

s. Stock Manageme

ntEnsure stock level is healthy. (2.5 to 3 MOI

).Ensure all key SKUs are available in store

s.Ensure all inventory is visible in SAP/MI

M.Coordinate with Finance on regular stock take audit and work with agency
