Receive and process sales orders from customers via phone, email, or internal sales system.
Create and manage sales documents such as invoices, delivery notes, and sales receipts.
Ensure stock availability before confirming orders.
Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Input sales data into the system and ensure its accuracy.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Handle customer complaints or requests related to orders.
Ensure that sales administration is conducted in accordance with company procedures.

Minimum education of high school/vocational school, preferably an associate's degree/bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or equivalent.
Possess at least 1 year of experience as a sales administrator (preferred).
Proficient in using computers and office applications (Microsoft Excel, Word).
Detail-oriented, organized in managing documents, and able to work under pressure.
Possess good communication skills and able to work in a team.
