Input and manage order data into the system
Prepare sales documents such as invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders.
Follow up on orders and ensure the delivery process is on schedule.
Coordinate with the warehouse, finance, and logistics departments regarding stock status and deliveries.
Handle basic customer inquiries regarding order status or sales documents.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Education Qualification: Minimum High School/Vocational School
Experience Level: No Experience Required
Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail, organizational ability, coordination skills, report generation
