Job Responsibilities:

Develop Web3 AI Agents based on LLM (Large Language Model) to support on-chain interactions, transaction analysis,

and intelligent decision-making.

Design and implement AI analysis of Web3 transaction data, including smart strategies, arbitrage analysis, and market predictions.

Train and optimize AI models to understand and execute Web3-related tasks, such as code generation, contract analysis, and on-chain data queries.

Integrate with Web3 APIs to handle on-chain data (transactions, balances, NFTs, DeFi assets).

Research RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) and agent reasoning optimization to enhance the intelligence level of AI interactions.

Job Requirements:

Proficient in Python / NodeJS / Go, with expertise in AI / data processing development.

Able to build AI agents to handle Web3 tasks, familiar with LangChain, OpenAI API, LlamaIndex, etc.

Familiar with Transformer, LLM, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), able to fine-tune models such as GPT-4, Llama, Claude, etc.

Skilled in using PyTorch / TensorFlow for AI training and inference optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with DeFi, NFT, DAO, GameFi-related projects.

Experience with MEV, smart arbitrage, Flashbots.

Data processing experience, familiar with Pandas, Dask, Spark.

Familiar with Web3 transactions, contract execution, and blockchain data indexing.
