Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Accounting and Finance team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Organize and maintain financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and contracts.
  • Prepare and process financial forms, reports, and other related paperwork.
  • Maintain an organized filing system (physical and digital) for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Input financial transactions and maintain accurate records in the accounting system.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of data before submission to accountants.
  • Assist in preparing invoices and payment vouchers.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding billing concerns.
  • Assist in processing bank transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.
  • Coordinate with banks regarding financial document requests and account updates.
  • Respond to inquiries related to financial and administrative matters.
  • Assist in organizing department meetings, schedules, and correspondences.
  • Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
