Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Licensed Food Technologist (if applicable).
- Have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the ice cream, food and beverages industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Proven expertise in product development and sensory evaluation techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive innovation.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
