Description

The Accounting/Admin Staff will be responsible for supporting both accounting and administrative functions within the company.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle financial record-keeping, document management, and other administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and have the ability to work well under pressure.
Maintain accurate financial records, including bookkeeping and data entry into accounting software.
Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and income statements.
Help with the reconciliation of accounts, including bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.
Prepare payroll and assist with other HR-related transactions.
Assist in tax filing and other regulatory compliance tasks.
Manage and organize physical and digital files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and properly stored.
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events as required.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients, suppliers, and staff.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as directed by supervisors.
Assist in office supply management and inventory control.
Ensure the smooth flow of communication between departments and external contacts.
Help in coordinating office activities and events.
Assist in managing office logistics, such as arranging deliveries or office repairs.
Monitor and manage departmental budgets and expenses to ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to support overall business operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in accounting or administrative support (3 years experience is required)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
