Responsibilities:

• Identify, negotiate, and sign contracts with luxury/high-star hotels to expand partnerships.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality industry.
• Drive revenue growth by securing wholesale agreements and optimizing partnership terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Revenue) to ensure seamless onboarding of new hotel partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in hospitality/hotel wholesale.
• Existing network of contacts within the luxury hotel industry is a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of hotel wholesale operations, pricing models, and distribution channels.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
