1. Technology and Operations Management:

o Responsible for evaluating the technical architecture and optimizing the operational model of the group's internet investment projects;

o Assist the technical teams of investment projects in formulating and executing technical development plans to ensure the scalability and compliance of technical solutions;

o Monitor project operations, optimize business processes, and enhance operational efficiency and customer experience;

o Regularly organize technical and business diagnostics of project performance and drive the implementation of improvement measures.

2. Post-Investment Technical Support:

o Provide technical and management support for investment projects during the post-investment phase to ensure rapid and stable operations;

o Coordinate group resources to resolve technical issues in project operations and facilitate the achievement of business objectives;

o Establish and maintain a standardized system for project technology and operations.

3. Industry Technology Insights and Trend Analysis:

o Track the development trends of internet technologies and operational models, and research the application prospects of technologies such as blockchain, AI, and big data in the internet sector;

o Propose emerging opportunities and improvement recommendations based on technology and operations, providing support for the group's strategic decision-making.

4. Cross-Team Collaboration:

o Collaborate with finance, legal, and risk control teams to provide comprehensive support for projects;

o Communicate and collaborate with external partners (including developers and operators) at the technical level of projects to maintain good cooperative relationships.

1. Educational Background:

o Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering Management, or related fields; candidates with a technical and management dual background will be preferred.

2. Work Experience:

o More than 5 years of experience in technical management or operations management, preferably in the Internet or related fields (such as game development, online entertainment, or Internet platform operations);

o Experience in global project management and familiarity with multicultural work environments.

3. Skills Requirements:

o Familiarity with Internet-related technologies (such as payment systems, user authentication systems, data analysis platforms, etc.);

o Proficient in operational management tools and technical project management methods; PMP or related certifications will be preferred;

o Strong business operational analysis skills, adept at identifying and resolving business issues;

o Fluent in both Chinese and English; knowledge of other mainstream languages will be preferred.

4. Other Requirements:

o Excellent cross-departmental coordination and communication skills, proficient in balancing technical and business needs;

o Possess a high sense of responsibility and resilience under pressure, able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment;

o Willing to accept frequent travel or relocation assignments.
