- Review and verify warranty claims based on terms and conditions.
- Maintain organized records with complete documentation.
- Communicate with customers, service teams, and manufacturers.
- Address warranty-related inquiries and concerns.
- Coordinate with service teams on mechanical issues.
- Assess the validity of warranty claims.
- Collaborate with the service team to understand and evaluate mechanical issues.
要件
- Bachelor/ College Graduate of any four-year course
- With automotive background
- Strong Communication Skills (written and oral)
- With Microsoft Office Skills
- Preferably with warranty handling experience
