説明
- Oversee warehouse operations, manage inventory, train and coach staff, and ensure efficient workflow.
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and receipts.
- Assist in training new staff on warehouse procedures.
- Ensure safety regulations are followed and maintained.
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams for efficiency.
要件
- Educational Qualifications: College Graduate or 2 years course
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Excel, strong organizational skills, flexibility in tasks, handling personnel, and staff coaching.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced warehouse environment, may require physical activity.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, adaptable, strong communication skills, and a team player.
