• We are seeking professional and reliable Van Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with car-booking platforms (e.g., Grab, Indrive), a clean driving record, and strong familiarity with Metro Manila roads. You will be responsible for transporting passengers or goods safely and efficiently, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout each trip.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a van to transport passengers or cargo to various locations within Metro Manila
• Use navigation apps such as Waze and Google Maps to plan and follow the most efficient routes
• Ensure vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and in good working condition
• Communicate professionally and courteously with clients and team members
• Load and unload items when necessary, ensuring proper handling and care
• Maintain accurate trip records and adhere to company guidelines
• Comply with traffic laws and safety regulations at all times
• Report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle issues promptly
• Be punctual and dependable for scheduled assignments
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times

Requirements:

• Experience with car-booking services (e.g., Grab, Indrive)
• Minimum of 2 years’ van driving experience
• Valid professional Driver’s License
• Clean driving record
• Tech-savvy: familiar with using smartphones and navigation apps
• Strong knowledge of Metro Manila roads and traffic conditions
• Excellent driving and interpersonal communication skills
• Must be physically fit and mentally alert
• No age limit, but applicants over 60 must submit a valid medical certificate
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and reliable work ethic
• Willingness to work on holidays and flexible hours
