説明
- Delivers offshore-based recruitment services to our clients in the US.
- Covers different tasks in the areas of active and passive sourcing which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
- Formats resume meeting clients’ expectations.
- Facilitates candidate and employer scheduling and coordination as well as ongoing candidate engagement.
- Research new technologies and makes recommendations on additional, candidate pools and recruiting techniques, after evaluating market conditions.
- Fosters long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
要件
- Bachelor's degree in a Psychology, Human Resource or business-related course (preferred but not required).
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years US recruiting experience; previous recruiting experience for IT, Biopharma and Healthcare recruiting is preferred.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and internet-based sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, The Ladders, etc.
- Understanding of the Boolean search language and how those search principles apply to both internet and database searches.
- Ability to develop creative and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and research skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to clearly present complex information.
- Must be willing to work on a permanent night shift post (no weekend work).
