Description
- Identify training and development needs through job analysis, employee feedback, and consultation with managers.
- Design and develop training programs and materials that address identified needs.
- Deliver engaging training sessions in person, virtually, or through e-learning platforms.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Maintain training records, schedules, and documentation in line with compliance and audit standards.
- Work closely with HR and department heads to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.
- Monitor and manage the training budget and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Coordinate with external training vendors or institutions when necessary.
- Promote a learning culture within the organization by supporting continuous professional development.
要件
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a training, learning and development, or HR role.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to evaluate and measure training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback.
- Certification in Training & Development (e.g., CIPD, ATD, or equivalent) is a plus.
