Job Description:
The Training & Engagement Assistant supports training programs, sales agent engagement activities, and TRD event management. This role helps coordinate schedules, prepare materials, handle budget requests, and ensure smooth execution of training, engagement, and recruitment-related events.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assists in organizing and setting up training sessions, workshops, and learning programs for sales agents.
2. Prepares and distributes training materials, manuals, and presentations.
3. Maintains training records, attendance sheets, and feedback forms.
4. Helps track and update sales agent training progress.
Sales Agent Engagement Activities:5. Assists in planning and executing engagement programs, events, and team-building activities for sales agents.
6. Prepares materials and logistics for sales agent recognition programs.
7. Collects and organizes sales agent feedback from surveys and meetings.
TRD Event Management:8. Assists in planning and executing Training & Recruitment Department (TRD) events, including job fairs, recruitment drives, and onboarding initiatives.
9. Coordinates event logistics such as venue, equipment, materials, and catering.
10. Works with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth event execution.
11. Supports promotional efforts for TRD events, including invitations and announcements.
Budget & Financial Support:12. Prepares and processes requests for cash advances for training and engagement events.
13. Handles budget liquidation by compiling receipts and ensuring proper documentation.
14. Tracks event expenses and ensures budget compliance.
15. Coordinates with the Finance Department for budget approvals and reimbursements.
Administrative & Compliance Support:16. Maintains training and engagement databases and files.
17. Ensures compliance with company policies and industry standards.
18. Assists in coordinating with vendors, trainers, and external partners.
Qualifications and Experience:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
-0-2 years of experience in training, engagement, event management, or administrative support roles.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
-Experience in budget liquidation and financial documentation is a plus.
-Strong organizational and communication skills.
-Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work with different teams.
