職務内容

説明

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms (job boards, social media, company website).
  • Source candidates through databases, networking, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews (phone, video, or in-person) and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist in drafting job offers and preparing employment contracts.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and campus hiring events.
  • Generate regular recruitment reports and analyze key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.).

要件

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and employment laws.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
