Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Manager


Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing inventory reporting, master data management, and end-to-end retailer order processing. This role acts as a critical liaison between retailers, sales teams, and warehouse partners to ensure smooth and accurate supply chain operations. The position also requires cross-functional communication to provide inventory status updates and support effective coordination across teams. This role reports to the Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities (Order Management & Operations):

  • Daily review of all orders status-Identify any issues with orders or flow of orders thru systems.
  • Manage all aspects of sales order processing, including EDI transactions, compliance checks, and communication with retailers regarding order updates and discrepancies. Ensure timely acknowledgment and fulfillment of orders, manage edits and cancellations, and maintain accurate sales order data in NetSuite.
  • Monitor the full lifecycle of customer orders from receipt through delivery, proactively identifying and resolving order discrepancies, fulfillment exceptions, or invoicing issues.
  • Oversee manual, internal, and international orders—ensuring accurate data entry, tracking, and documentation in NetSuite—and select optimal shipping methods as needed. Provide appropriate paperwork and commercial documentation for all international shipments to ensure customs compliance and timely clearance.
  • Ensure retailer-specific order, shipping, and labeling requirements are met by coordinating closely with 3PLs and internal teams to maintain compliance and minimize chargebacks.
  • Review shipping and logistics operations by reviewing daily shipments, monitoring 3PL fulfillment progress, setting shipping priorities, and resolving any delays to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Communicate shipping statuses, potential delays, and issue resolutions to relevant internal teams, ensuring cross-departmental alignment. Stay informed on business priorities to meet critical timelines and support key product launches.
  • Review and confirm proof of delivery (POD), manage returns or refused shipments, and coordinate with Finance to facilitate credit issuance or invoice resolution.
  • Maintain accurate inventory movement and reconciliation in NetSuite, including e-commerce transfers and stock adjustments.
  • Oversee item setup and ongoing product data management, including Bill of Materials (BOM) creation and cross-departmental product alignment within NetSuite.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3–5 years of supply chain management experience in the beauty or personal care industry, with a strong emphasis on order execution, 3PL distribution, and finished goods assembly.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite and EDI platforms strongly preferred.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
