説明

•       Overseeing of overall operations under Merchandising Team.

•       Reports directly to the Retail Director for every update and report under Merchandising.

•       Responsible for all the people handled in Merchandising Team.

•       Creates process and Standard of all the Internal and External process for a smooth and clear transactions.

•       Ensures all Data under Merchandising is updated and accurate.

•       In-charge of the Costing Expenses of every Transaction under the Team and with approval of the Retail Director.

•       Initiates the Updates of all the Data needed (Furniture, POSM, Warehouse Inventory, Tecno Zone and other Materials)

•       In-charge of checking Inventory levels of each materials in Warehouse if needed to replenish or order a new material.

•       Final Approver of POSM Materials request in Warehouse.

•       Second Level approver for the Ingress & Egress request, Costing Request, Furniture request in Warehouse.

•       In-charge of Sourcing out of different kinds of suppliers. Create Competitor Database for Merchandising Display.

New Product Launch Tasks:

•       Conceptualize and Plan POSM to be used on New Product Launch.

•       Handles the Final Negotiation Price for each POSM and to be Reported to the

Retail Director.

•       Create a Plan for the Standard Display Guide.

•       Creates Deployment Plan for the POSM Deployment

•       Assess Final Spot check Report before sending to the Retail Director.
