Oversees the daily operations of all store concepts managed by Tier One Consortium Inc. by conducting regular store visits.
Enforce Tier One Consortium Inc.'s rules and regulations during store visits.
Responsible for placing and managing orders with the main commissary
Daily Monitoring of Inventory Reports
Daily Monitoring of Sales reports and Sales Deposits
Auditing of Cashiering Reports
Coordinate with the Finance Department regarding payables to suppliers and the commissary for order
Coordinate with mall management or the leasing department to obtain work permits, gate passes, and store personnel IDs.
Collaborates with the mall or establishment's Marketing Department for the placement of marketing materials and the coordination of marketing events.
Train store personnel on the procedures outlined in each franchise concept's operating manual and the preparation of menu items.
Proficient in handling transactions using the POS system, including dine-in, take-out, and delivery orders.

Graduate of Bachelor Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related course
In depth understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions, inventory management, inventory control, food costing, customer service, and kitchen procedures.
Skilled in training staff on proper food preparation techniques
Proven experience in overseeing multiple stores and managing multiple teams
Proficient in using point-of-sales (POS) system
Possess a solid understanding of financial concepts such as operating expenses, profit margins, budgeting, and cost control
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
