- Manage and grow the company’s presence across multiple social media platforms
- Create and schedule engaging content, including copywriting, images, and videos
- Monitor social media accounts, respond to inquiries, and interact with the online community
- Track and report on performance metrics and provide insights for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with marketing objectives
- Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate best practices into content strategy
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
要件
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred
- Practical experience through internships in marketing, digital media, or social media management is highly valued
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage a social media presence, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for engaging audiences and representing the brand effectively
- Proficiency in creating compelling content across various formats—text, images, and videos
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, evaluate campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, current trends, and industry best practices
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative strategies to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility
