We're Hiring: Senior Test Engineer (Heath Care/ Health Insurance projects)

Location: Philippines (Work from Office)

Experience: 3 to 7 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Must-Have Skills:

• Healthcare/Health Insurance domain experience (minimum 3 years).

Job Responsibilities:

• Work on projects following both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Perform System Integration Testing (SIT), Functional Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Lead/mentor teams and drive knowledge management activities
• Execute Post Go Live Testing and ensure production stability
• Understand project requirements, raise gaps, and escalate issues when needed
• Write and execute detailed SIT/UAT test cases
• Coordinate effectively with external stakeholders, including IT and Business teams
• Manage defect resolution and ensure timely follow-ups
• Identify project risks, issues, and provide actionable mitigation plans
• Collaborate with teams to ensure delivery meets customer expectations.
