- Determine the feasibility of current & planned initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Prepare detailed plans to track and monitor project development and performance
- Handle the end-to-end project management of openings of major warehouses of SPX
- Manage a team that source, negotiate for, and fully onboard facilities viable for use by the company and its relevant partners
- Manage a team that source and onboard lessors, contractors, and service providers
- Manage a team that handles the renewal of contracts and permits for existing facilities
- Manage the budget, attendance, and performance of the team
- Address escalations raised by stakeholders in your region
- Regularly report KPIs to management
- Coordinate directly with relevant internal stakeholders and external partners
- Successfully launch high-impact projects to increase the operational capability of and drive cost savings for the company
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Communications, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or equivalent
- At least 5 to 10 years of work experience in business development, project management, and/or sales
- Prior people management experience is required
- A great track record of successful project management is required
- High proficiency in MS Office and G Suite, especially in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
- Outstanding critical thinking and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and working under pressure
- Willing to travel locally
