We are looking for someone with:

  • Minimum of 5 years and above of software engineering experience
  • Solid foundation in OOP
  • Experience in Design Patterns and best practices
  • Solid experience in Java/ Kotlin/ Objective-C/ Swift / Capacitor
  • Updated with the latest UI Design Patterns (Material Design or Human Interface Design)
  • Experience in working with SQLite, Core Data, Shared / Secured Preferences.
  • Experience in Code optimization / Mobile performance Tuning
  • Up to date with the latest Security exploits and Risk Mitigations
  • Experience in implementing Security Features in Mobile
  • Experience in TDD and testing tools (Mocking framework, Testing frameworks)
  • Knowledge in publishing applications to public distribution store(s) (Google Play Console / Apple AppStore)
  • Knowledge and experience in SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose
  • Experience in Front-end technologies like Javascript
  • Experience or knowledge in Monitoring Tools, Analytic tools
  • Experience in ReST and Secure Network Implementation
  • Experience in Asynchronous programming
  • Experience in CI-CD
  • Experience in Agile scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile team
  • Up to date with the latest SDK Features on Android or iOS


On the job you will:

  • Lead an agile squad to deliver sprint commitments with a high quality
  • Design application components that are reusable, efficient, and easy to maintain
  • Refactor existing code to improve reliability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Research, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies
  • Mentor Intermediate and Associate Software Engineers
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners and other stakeholders in an Agile environment
  • Work closely with other squads to drive innovative solutions to meet business needs
  • Work closely with software engineers to establish best practices for development, testing, and delivery
