The Senior Growth Manager's primary responsibility is to drive the company's growth by developing and executing innovative strategies.

Working directly with the CEO, you will help create pioneering products and solutions, expanding the brand presence and customer base through these strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

· Identifying and implementing new growth opportunities to enhance the company's performance and market positioning.

· Develop and execute growth strategies to acquire, retain and increase growth

· Owning the growth and sales funnel strategy. Identifying target markets, sectors and clients

· Continually enhancing & growing a strong prospect pipeline & sales funnel

· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and adapting new strategies.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure successful execution.

· Optimize the customer funnel to continually improve the user journey from lead generation to initial acquisition to revenue generation to ongoing engagement & retention.

· Client engagement through growing client relationships, online engagement and in person presentations and rapport building.

· Craft compelling proposals based on specific pain points of prospects. Promoting a pragmatic and tailored approach rather than a one size fits all.

· Acquiring customer feedback and implementing effective problem solving should any client issues arise.

· Providing guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

· Sales forecasting and team pipeline management.

· Communicating data-driven insights and growth strategies to senior management.

· Creating a high-performing environment that encourages autonomy, accountability, innovation and results.

· Utilize & optimize CRM and other internal systems

· Responsible for key metric reports and data analysis.

· Advise and engage regarding technical aspects of the growth strategy such as the optimization of internal resources & product features and utilizing technology and available tools for marketing campaigns
