We are looking for a skilled and motivated SAP Developer / Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing SAP solutions, and providing ongoing support and optimization. This role requires strong technical knowledge of SAP systems along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements.
• Design, develop, and implement SAP modules and custom enhancements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to SAP systems.
• Customize and configure SAP modules to meet business needs.
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and developments.
• Perform system testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Assist in SAP upgrades, migrations, and patching.
• Work closely with functional consultants and business analysts.
• Provide end-user training and support as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Experience in SAP development (e.g., ABAP, Fiori, HANA) or SAP consulting (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.).
• Understanding of SAP architecture, processes, and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certification(s) in the relevant module(s).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with integration technologies (IDocs, RFC, BAPIs, Web Services).
• Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
