Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for coding & marking printers (CIJ, TIJ, Laser Coders, TTO, etc.).
• Build strong relationships with manufacturers, packaging companies, and industrial clients.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase printer capabilities and benefits.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic selling and customer engagement.

Technical Consultation & Support

• Understand customer needs and recommend the best printer solutions based on their industry and production setup.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, ensuring seamless integration of printers into customer operations.
• Troubleshoot minor printer issues and coordinate with service technicians for more complex problems.
• Gather customer feedback to help improve product offerings and sales strategies.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit logs.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales progress, and technical inquiries.

• At least 3 years in technical sales (preferably in industrial equipment, coding & marking printers, or packaging solutions).
• Familiar with CIJ, TIJ, Laser Coders, or TTO systems and their applications in manufacturing.
• Passion for closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
• Can explain complex technical details in a simple, customer-friendly way.
• Comfortable with on-site client visits and field sales
