- Manage and support member onboarding and engagement processes
- Respond to member inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Maintain accurate membership records and databases
- Collaborate with teams to develop membership growth strategies
- Assist in organizing events and member-focused activities
- Analyze membership trends and report findings
- Develop and implement membership strategies, provide training, and maintain member relations.
要件
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales or membership programs.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong sales training skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional travel for events and workshops.
- Qualities and Traits: Motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
