- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring high standards of service.
- Assist in staff training and development for optimal performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain food quality and presentation.
- Handle and control cash and inventory
- Ensure operational efficiency and controls
- Identify opportunities for sales generation and help grow business in the retail trade area
要件
- Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant setting.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong operations and restaurant management skills, effective written and verbal communication, excellent interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain restaurant standards.
