Oversees the proper execution of all daily technical and production-related store activities, and assists all aspects of management in sales and manpower of store shift operations including cash management and control, financial growth in sales and profitability, operational and people management, ordering of raw materials, packaging, office supplies, utensils and other material necessary for operations, as well as food-paper cost (FCPC) management and inventory. Maintains a high level of quality service and products

•  Graduate of any 4 year management related course preferably Hotel and Restaurant Management or other related course
• At least 3-5 years experience as Store or Restaurant Supervisor
