説明

Must understand clearly the critical OKR/KPIs of a recruitment team. Leads and supervises a team of recruiters, providing targets and strategy to ensure KPI's are met in order to drive business growth and client satisfaction.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


*Ensures that the recruitment team understands the competencies needed for every position required by each client in meeting their manpower demands.


*Drives team performance in delivering qualified applicants within the strict turn around time promised by Sales and committed by the HR team as part of its OKR.


*Regularly monitors productivity output of each and every recruitment specialist to ensure that KPIs are met on a weekly basis. Manage and prioritize client satisfaction.


*Analyze recruitment metrics. Adjusts strategies based on recruitment data accordingly to improve performance.


*Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.


*Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

要件

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Recruitment Supervisor
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Skilled in hitting recruitment targets, analyzing data, and working with Sales and HR to meet client needs
