職務内容

説明

  • Sourcing & Sifting.
  • Advertise and generate leads for client requirements effectively from different sourcing channels such as free and paid portals, website and social media - LinkedIn, Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram etc.
  • Conduct remote or virtual interview with candidates to fulfill open positions.
  • Manage clients and candidates effectively.
  • Meet or exceed individual target in a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis

要件

  • Must have at least 1 year experience in end to end recruitment handling volume hiring, corporate or technical roles
  • Must have experience in doing sourcing from free and paid sourcing platforms and social media such as -Linkedin, Facebook, Tiktok, Instragram etc.
  • Must have experience in working with KPIs, targets, quota or deadlines
  • Candidates residing in provinces are welcome to apply
  • Average verbal and written English communication skills
  • Can effectively and efficiently work with targets and tight deadlines
  • Willing to report in Makati (3x/week)
  • Must have own laptop with Core i3 Processor-8GB RAM
