説明
- Facilitate and manage the containment, problem-solving, and closure of customer claims using the 8D methodology.
- Conduct failure analysis for internal and external defects:
- Analyze failure reports to determine the root cause.
- Provide feedback and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Ensure that the Outgoing Inspection Process is conducted according to defined standards and procedures to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Comply with all internal and external audit requirements and targets, implementing improvement actions as needed.
要件
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) or related field.
- With engineering license is an advantage but not required
- Specialization in 8D Problem-Solving, Failure Analysis, and Kepner-Tregoe Analysis is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Customer Quality, 8D methodology, and QA/QC engineering functions.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and 3D CAD accurately.
- Familiarity and practical knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of the proper use and operation of dimensional inspection equipment, machines, and gauges.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Capability to provide appropriate dispositions for lots affected by quality issues.
