  • Collaborate with project managers to oversee engineering projects.
  • Oversee site operations, ensure project compliance, manage schedules, and coordinate with contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate on-site activities and manage subcontractors.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress reports.
  • Assist in resolving technical issues and provide solutions.
  • Maintain project documentation and update stakeholders.

要件

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in project management software, and effective communication abilities.
  • Working Conditions: On-site work often in varied weather conditions; may require extended hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, attention to detail, adaptability, and teamwork orientation.
