• Establish and maintain operating systems and procedures which maximize the effectiveness of both the facility and production personnel.
• Monitor daily records to ensure that all manufactured goods are produced in accordance with company standards of quality and quantity.
• Ensure that all equipment and machines are maintained in accordance with an established preventive maintenance program and that downtime is minimal.
• Seek out opportunities to improve equipment, methods, processes and procedures to the benefit of the company.
• Ensure that all government and company requirements relating safety, health and environment are strictly adhered to and enforced.
• Ensure that staffing is adequate and capable of satisfying the production needs of the company in the most effective manner.
• Participate in the selection and appointment of all key personnel within the manufacturing group.
• Ensure that employees are trained to perform their jobs adequately and safely. This includes developing protocols and In-house training programs/investigating and recommending outside courses or seminars.
• Complies and records production data and prepares report on volume of production, consumption of raw materials and packaging materials, quality control issues, and other aspects of production.

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or Chemical Technology.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office
• With experience as Production Supervisor
• Must have at least 1 yr experience in Food, Pharma or Cosmetics Manufacturing.
• With experience in GMP (Good Manufacturing Procedure)
• Ability to guide and train employees, with very good leadership capability
• Problem-solving skills
• Organization and time management skills
• Willing to be trained
• Can work with minimal supervision
