Responsibilities
- Will assist in establishing the priorities of the product backlog based on the demands of the stakeholders.
- Create and deliver business requirements documents
- Create and manage product plans and roadmaps
- Assist the development team on their questions regarding the implementation of the product features
- Analyze product requirements and translate them into user stories that the development team will understand
- Track the progress of the release of the product.
- Will aid in defining the features and the product
- Will make an effort to ensure that each task is fully defined before being pushed into a sprint, acceptance criteria defined.
- Assist in ensuring that the User Stories are finished.
- Assist in ensuring that the sprint stays on course
- Will verify that every task and ticket required for a User Story has been fully defined.
- Assist in finding solutions to remove any roadblocks
- Actively manage scope and be comfortable saying “no” or “not right now” for the sake of delivering value in iterations
- Manage intricate procedures involving contact with clients and internal communication with managers and direct reports, and/or other member of the project team.
- Oversee the timing and activities of the development and testing teams in relation to the sprint plans.
- Reports to the Team Manager and Product Director
- Assist product designers in producing the UI/UX that meets the product requirements
- Communication with client on high-level product development progress and updates
- Document training materials for client end-users and for internal support teams
Qualifications:
- Solid background in Software Testing and Software Development Life Cycle
- Has a good analytical and communication skills
- Collaboration and Project Management Skills
- Experience in Payment Systems and EMV is a big plus
- Can understand product software and product requirements
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
